That sounds bloody terrifying! What a sensitive place to have a parasite... I have one idea that may help. In the Iodine forum, there are men who have painted their testicles with Iodine to restore sexual function and for other benefits. I read about one person who has been painting their skin above a worm-filled cyst in order to kill them off, and they definitely said it was working. The combination of those two stories tells me: 1. It's safe you paint your testicles with iodine. and 2. It will repel the worms away from the area, or if they remain, will slowly kill them off as well as any egg filled cysts. My suggestion would be to combine Iodine painting with another anti worm treatment, so that way you are coming at it from a few angles. If you find they migrate towards your anus, put a garlic clove (with the skin pierced a few times so that the juice can leak out, but not with the insides exposed because that burns) and sleep with it in your bottom. In my case, it drove away whatever was hounding my bottom and healed my haemorrhoids. I did this every night for more than ten days, and it just pooped out in the morning each day. The hope is that this will drive whatever worm it is away from your sensitive areas, make your testicles and anus "inhospitable", and if you combine that with other rotating anti-worm treatments (herbs for blood based treatment, maybe diatomaceous earth for any in your digestive system), then hopefully they won't find a happy place to live anymore...
