Let's make 2 eye drops, one with alpha-lipoid acid and one with choline : then sell the alpha-lipoic eyedrops alone, and make every buyer win a bottle of choline eyedrops each time they buy a bottle of alpha-lipoid acid !
Not sure anything could be done against it.
Funny lawyers battle to come at least...(Mieux vaut en rire qu'en pleurer we'd say in french - better to laugh about it, than cry about it -)
