Do you eat sugar, cheese, drink milk and alcohol normally? These foods do not help tonsils stay healthy. Fasting with water is a great way to reset.

When you fast, no exercise, drink warm water or hot like tea, and keep warm. Try not to use salt for a few days. If it does not help do dry fast for a few days.
