Iodine is a miracle for many health conditions. However for a cold, chest cold I recommend Colloidal Silver as being far more effective. Take a tablespoon 2 a day, hold under the tongue for a minute, gargle & swallow. Put CS into a nebulizer for 15 minutes 2 times a day.
