I too advocate the non-prescription method. And the diet is key. Furthermore - adrenal fatigue is generally the other main concern.

But first, all the itch issue is due to zinc deficiency (go buy a diaper rash cream at the drugstore and zinc supplement (or look up the food that is rich in zinc and eat these). For anal itch - have you tried enemas thus far? They are very useful to help with colon cleanse.


VItamin C is key to help, so is magnesium and exercise is important too (oxygen supply). I did intense organs cleansing (liver, gallbladder, bowel cleanses) and I managed to go back to a normal diet for a few months, I go back and forth now.
