Thank you for the reply. Your response is exactly why I was a little confused because different things have worked for different people. After being so unsuccessful in my first flush, I was really down about not passing any stones and didn’t want to do it again, but because my health is in shambles I know I have to. So this time around I wanted to gather as much information as possible but it’s looking like I will have to experient on my own to see what works for me. This time I will continue to drink my raw milk and bone broth and hope I pass stones :)
