Thanks so much! Just stumbled on this site today and didn't know if its an active community. Glad to see it is! I will look into marshmallow tea :) I think i will just do a 3 day Water Fast as I did not consult with any experts. So i don't want to do anything terribly wrong. I will do watered down fresh green juice and sauerkraut/kimchi and then buttered cooked vegetables to ease back. Also Im not big into supplements but should i really be taking some like the glutamine etc while fasting or while re eating?

I definitely will try to find a naturopath or gastro dr to get some actual tests done since I've only tried self diagnosing. What is urine therapy?
