I have 2 well worn and stained cookbooks  I don't know if they're even in print anymore. One is "Macrobiotic Cooking for Everyone" by Edward and Wendy Esko  and the other is the Complete Whole Grain Cookbook by Aveline Kushi and Wendy Esko
