I know it might seem that way but I’ve read conflicting views. I know you’re not suppose to eat fats the day of the flush, but in regards to the week leading up to the flush, some places say that you should eat plenty of good fats and other places say no/low fat. And also to avoid animal products. I drink raw milk and bone broth everyday so I wasn’t sure if I can drink those things the week leading up to the flush.
