I can't say this will eliminate EC, but it helps with unclogging sebaceous glands. It's also the only thing that has made bacteria in my pimples quickly come to the surface, which rubbing alcohol or hydrigen peroxide hasn't been effective in doing so. And it doesn't burn raw lip skin when applied. WITCH HAZEL.
