Recently I watched as some workers installed what I thought was going to be a traffic light right outside my window.

I spoke to a worker in a 'bucket lift' and learned it is not a traffic light. It is an AT&T 5G tower https://postimg.org/gallery/18n80isho/. I’m on the 3rd floor, it is eye level, about 12 feet from my window.

Concerned. My wall facing it is approximately 12 ft wide x 9 feet tall. My floor is 12x13. My 2 windows on that wall are 3 ft wide x 6 ft high each, side by side - so 6 ft x 6 ft together.

My thought is to cover the wall and windows with shielding material, maybe get a curtain, and a meter to test for anything harmful.

I picked up 3 https://www.walmart.com/ip/EB1312-Emergency-Sleeping-Bag-83-x-35-Size-84-x-36-By-SE/193568745 from a local hardware store.

Aside from research, I spoke with someone from lessemf.com. We mainly discussed shielding and a meter.

Seems mylar sheets/bags should be ok. He suggested the CORNET ED-88TPlus meter.

I've been doing a lot of other reading as well.

Other details:
I have an xfinity router/modem for a laptop and phone. Usually I unplug it at night. I just ordered a special router that I can shut off the wifi at will.

There are 12 other wifi signals around me according to my iPhone 6s.

This is all new to me. I definitely want to be protected from any radiating any other harm that any of this might do.

Anyone have any suggestions?
Can anyone comment on that meter, if is as good as it's been claimed?
Search terms - I've mostly been using 'EMF'. Today I saw 'RFI'. Do I need to be searching for that as well? Anything else?
Does anyone know of any other, preferably inexpensive, shielding material for curtains, window and wall covering?
