Salt or any supplements are not recommended during a water fast. Sea Salt is very hydrating if taken with water, however, it also sends a signal to your brain that food is coming in, your digestive system stays active. Digestive system uses the most energy in digesting the food. You need the digestive system to rest and conserve energy for healing. Partial eating leads to starvation.

So please stick to water only.
