I've been supplementing with 2g of Vitamin C, as well as 10000 IU of D3 daily. Selenium is also on board at 400mg a day. I'm wondering if it's purely stress- I'm a doctor, and the issues really started showing up as a resident, when I was working 80-100 hour weeks for months on end.
