Good wishes. More power to you. You have good set of goals to achieve through fasting. Please do not be discouraged if you don’t meet all your goals in one fast. Sometimes it takes more than one fast to clear up all ill conditions we may be dealing with.

You are young and will fair well with fasting. Make sure you drink as per thirst, rest plenty and keep warm.
