The macro community is not encouraging pressure cooking your food as much as it used to. It is suspected to contribute to excess yang and ill health. Several of the most expert macro teachers have died, you know - some who practiced macro 30 years or more. There has been a lot of rethinking.
Pot boiling is the prep method of choice, now.
