I get pimples, cysts, bumps... sometimes rashes. They all pass and the skin looks better afterward. Some folks do dry skin brushing or Epsom Salts soaks to help the cleansing - your skin is your largest cleansing organ. I do hot towel scrubs...
It always passes.
