Safety of FMT depends on the donor.

If donor is healthy, FMT is safe and can be done unlimited times.
It is as safe as any other enema.

Did you experience any improvement after those 10 FMT transplants ?

While babies are safer as donors, their microbiom may not be fully developed, so older child or adult may be a better donor.

Liver Flushing would be safe to do once you are off medications. You should read the book by Andreas Moritz .
Both Liver Flush by Andreas Moritz , and by Hulda Clark are similar and are considered safe.

You can always do a mini-flush with just 1/4 or 1/8 of the full dose, if you are afraid for the safety, and work its way up to larger dose once you feel better.

Liver Flushing is something people do once or twice a month. Some people do it just 6-12 times, those who are more sick do it for years.
