Sounds like lymph, liver, kidneys. The thyroid is an endocrine gland - meaning that it is ductless. Endocrine glands can only detoxify through the lymphatic system. Clogged liver and kidneys = slow/impaired lymph clearance.

In any case I would not worry since you're heading in the right direction.

Do some saunas to speed things along.
