What does protein meal mean? Every living thing has protein in it. If you want to be disease free then you want to consume plant proteins and animal protein. Elephant, the biggest animal lives on leaves. Where does Elephant get protein from?

You will benefit from eating raw vegan diet for at least 1.5X number of days you fast. So if you fast for 30days you should refeed for 45 days. Then you can do another 30 day fast.
