Thank you so much for the information Trapper! I've been reading through your old posts going back years, digging for info, so it's a touch surreal to be in conversation... you and Grizz and Ginagirl are all amazing.

I'm taking the Iodine in the morning on an empty stomach, so I'll make sure to chase it with a lot of water. And thank you for those max amounts, I was especially curious about the selenium and boron. I'll order some potassium and keep my eye on the zinc/copper.. It's all about the minerals, by the look of it. I'm a huge fan of an epsom bath and mag oil is my deoderant - so that's good!

I was looking at the Cutler protocol... I might wait until the Amalgams are out for a month or so, and see if there's a "mercury dump", then look at chelating. I wonder how tough that will be to balance with work - whew. Getting healthy is a full time job!!
