I was on antiboitics off and on for about 18 months though that stopped around the beginning of last year. Figure I wrecked my gut with it.

I was on some pain meds and anti inflammatories last Spring and Summer for a disc in my neck.
I'm a dude so no hormonal birth stuff.
Extra stress? Been dealing with the Candida thing for something like 3 years now, no sex because of it, money trouble, etc. So nothing crazy, no one died, but just a continuous struggle not to be depressed.

Mind if I ask where the assesment 'definitively have some bad microorganisms in your colon' comes from? Have a fair amount of experience with stuff like that?

What would you recommend?
