Hello!
I have done Liver Cleansing in the past, but unfortunately at the last occasion I had a bad reaction to the oil that I used in the process (extra virgin olive oil).
I suspect that it happened due to some Pancreas problem. (it is under investigation at the moment)
Can I skip the oil in the Liver Flush recipe? Is there any other Liver Cleansing that uses no oil? Any suggestion?
