I have been reading about fasting and how it can help your body. I have seb derm atm and currently i have cleaned up my diet, i have just done my third Liver Flush and colonics. I am feeling and looking better, but I am considering fasting for Ramadan. I am a non-muslim, but thinking that this could clean up my body. Does anyone recommend this for seb derm/skin issues?

I still have to do research but i think you don't drink or eat anything during the day, then at sunrise you have a meal (maybe the muslim people could correct me on this if im wrong?)

I would appreciate it if anyone could give me some advice on this.
