Your problem lies in your stomach! The stomach is connected to all other parts of the digestive system by the vagus nerve. An attack against the stomach also causes effect in later parts of the digestive system.
Instinct Permeability Syndrome = Increased Digestive Permeability Syndrome
That is what caused your Asthma as a child and all the problems since then. The infection which caused it now has new infections which are now increasing your problems.
What you need to do is to destroy the infection which can be very difficult because these infections are extremely Antibiotic resistant. Once the infection is destroyed, your digestive system and he high level of permeability will heal within about 15 minutes. It can cause some discomfort in the stomach because when the biofilm is eliminated, the stomach is unprotected by the normal stomach mucosa until the stomach mucosa is repaired which cannot take place while the infection is present.
You might also have low stomach acid. There can be many infections of the stomach and some can be urease positive.
A few topics for you to read about:
Biofilms - these protect the bacteria and make their resistance considerable higher.
Quorum Sensing and Quorum Sensing Inhibitors - BFB 1 and BFB 2 are two products which can be helpful
Efflux Pumps and Efflux Pump Inhibitors - there are many natural products which can be helpful. These can help stop bacteria from eliminating antibiotic/antimicrobials and make Antibiotics /antimicrobials more effective.
Bacterial Cell membrane permeability increasers, these can help get antimicrobial/ Antibiotic substances into bacterial cells. Things like Curcumin (Turmeric)
Essential Oils - there are many which are strongly antibiotic/antimicrobial.
Gram-Positive, Gram-Negative, Mycobacterium, Mycoplasma - any of these types could be responsible
