So progesterone was low in blood test when the sample was taken on the correct day of the "month?"

If so there is OTC progesterone cream.

Progesterone is made from pregnenolone, an OTC supplement in some countries including US.

Getting enough vitamin C, zinc, B vitamins. They are involved in conversion of various adrenal hormones, antioxidant protection, etc.

Do you get amped up in stressful situations then later in the day crash with fatigue? After a stressful period of days are you more likely to catch a cold?
