1. Lower back is painful

2. Migrane on both temples is painful

3. Numb icy sensation on end of nose, toes of right foot, occasional prickly feel along arm and legs.

4. Constipation, blurry sensitive vision, fatigue, light-headedness.

Is this a brain infection, virus bleeding?
Update: 2.a) Migraine is stronger when deep thinking, focusing, concentrating, acting empathetic/sympathetic to others
