I mix a tablespoon of psyllium powder along with a tablespoon of liquid Bentonite into a cup of water and drink it down, with an additional cup of water right after - all about an hour before breakfast. Then I do a water & coffee enema in the early evening to help get all the junk it pushes out.

It's supposed to mechanically push out any debris in the intestinal tract. I've been doing it daily for a year or so, and I've gotten so much out.
