Hi, I've done the Epsom Salt flush a number of times, as I can't have laxatives. Also I will keep having diarrhea if I don't use coconut water after. Coconut water replaces all the electrolytes and also stops any dehydration. So guys please use coconut water to replace electrolytes after a flush if you continue with diarrhea, as you need to stay hydrated.
