Can someone please inspect this image and comment as to what they feel it looks like? I'm uncertain as to whether these are flukes, undigested food, some type of parasite or all three and more! I'd like to know what I can do, right now, without buying anything, from home. Should I eat garlic and onion? Reduce meat? Just want a clean-out really. Thanks here's the image:
