I wasnt supposed to take all that salt! im supposed to take less than half the amount I took, I just calculated things wrong and took 4 tbsp instead of 2 tbsp. I did the fast with salt for 4 days. I follow the snake diet who says adding salt and no salt is important.

Im much better now though..
