How long time did you fast ?

How did you prepare ?

Why so much salt ? Do you not taste it as salty ?


If you stop consuming the salts, you body will simply flush out the excess ... water stools are a sign of too much salt.

Did you take the salt on purpose in order to flush your intestines ?

What guidelines are you actually following ?
