I've attached photos of some of the things I've been passing since thanksgiving when I started having symptoms.
I have lost 25 lbs. Am extremely ill feeling. Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea 5-15 times a day, 3-4 days without food and never feeling hungry. All 4 quadrant abdominal pain. Yellow mucus filled diarrhea. High blood pressure headaches, charley horses every day all day in my feet, you name it I have it.
I have been to 4 ERs. The first said nothing was wrong and refered me to GI specialist. The second diagnosed with 'Hookworm-other' and started me on mebendezole and refered me to infectious disease. Infectious disease said looked like parasites but unsure of what kind. And prescribed Albenza. Primary care agreed with infectious disease. GI said no parasites. But did stool culture showing 2 rare ecolis. Shiga toxin ecoli & enterotoxigenic ecoli. And Cdiff.
Prescribed vancomycin. Got admitted Friday Feb 2nd because of severe abdominal pain. Ct scan showed collapsed colon and multiple kidney cysts and liver lesions. Keep in mind I had a ct scan when symptoms started which showed none of these. So within 3 months my organs went to this. No past medical history other than Some kidney stones when I was a teen.
My urine is full of ecoli. I've had 9 different urine and blood labs done showing infection all over them. No 'normal'levels.
The CDC health dept contacted me after my lab results were reported to them to find out where I had eaten but would not speak further to me on what was going on.
Long story short, ive seen over 20 doctors and specialists with no luck. I've been diagnosed with a ton of things yet no real verdict. I've been told 'your case is too complicated & we aren't sure we can figure it out' I'm extremely sick, with no hope at this point on getting better seeing as nothing has worked so far. The only thing left is to be scoped and they refuse to do that with the colitis and inflamation in my colon. GI sad we can do a Fecal Transplant which I'm willing to try but unsure that will get to the bottom of this and fix me.
So someone PLEASE tell me you know what these things are in my stool. Thats the only hope at this point in finding an answer seeing as doctors are stumped and no test other than labs have come back 100%. We did stool ova and parasite that were negative. Yet my stool is full of the things in the photos. And I've showed the photos to all the doctors and been told they have no idea what it is except it could be undigested food. Which is impossible at this point because I haven't had solid food in months.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE tell me someone knows what to do. I've run out of options.
