I think if you suffer with porphyria then you are going to be dealing with different symptoms say from me when i was unwell, and this porphyria condition is challenging in itself. You probably have to try and stay away from chemicals, sulphurs, stimulants so your healing journey will need to be slow and careful. Hope you find a solution and get well soon. I personally had mercury poisoning as i have a sensitivity to mercury and i accidently swallowed a large Amalgam filling( my dentist dropped it when removing it) which was about 20 years old and immediately afterwards i became very unwell. The candida followed on from that soon afterwards.
