Hi all,

I'm doing some research on urinary incontinence because I think that there's a big opportunity to improve the experience that everyone goes through as they start to deal with this issue.

A request -- would you mind spending 5 minutes (or less) filling out a survey I've created about urinary incontinence? I'm trying to learn how I can help people with this issue. Those who complete the survey will be entered to win a $50 Amazon gift card as a thank you for your help.
