You are most welcome. Great that you are 23 and fasting. You will be fine, but I repeat, it is important to eat what is nature made and not processed. Till age 30 Mother Nature works with you, then you are on your own, you will get sick if you do not eat right, think right, get rid of stress and stay away from toxic environment.
