Do an enema after the fast, and start eating very well boiled rice with some cold pressed oil ( coconut pumpkinseeds oregano, or butter ) and good salt. Small portions, add after a day some well cooked vegetables.. and add slowly raw vegetables after some meals... after 1-2 weeks you can Add meat
