Don't worry. With a simple control over calories (caloric restriccion, intermitten fasting, 16-hours fasting thrice a week, 5:2 diet or so) you will keep fit. Personally, the pounds I lost 4 years ago never got back, even when I never fasted for long, doing only some intermittent fasting.
