I was just going to get on here and message you tonight, good to hear fom you, after I heard what worked for you, I stepped up the epsom baths (HOT) and stretching and get relief for quite a while, I had my husband stretch my leg as far as I could stand it all around (back, front, side...never knew I could do that LOL, it hurt, but felt good! UGH!!!) I TOTALLY agree its related to intestinal tract, weird stuff going on in my body!!! but, good news it has improved, i mean I was miserable!!! But, I can walk and function better, I believe it will improve more everyday, day 7 (in 58 mins LOL!) YES, the heat helped, I am actually active today! Take care ^^)
