Hi chris! Im doing a 14 day water fast. Quick history i have lyme disease, candida and parasites and adrenal fatigue. Ive been on a strict super healthy diet over a hear and tons of herbs, none have helped. This was my last hopeful option. I so far have done 2 days water, 3 dry and finishing out with the remaining 9 on water. My one concern is that im having horrible anxiety, like a heartbeat in my stomach, and im also experieincing an intense burning in my lower pelvic region with buring urine like a uti. Is this detox or should i be worried
