Recently after two lots of Antibiotics for a nasty chest infection which did not totally get rid of the infection I decided to take Allicin Max at 2 (180mg each) x 5 a day with small meals to line my stomach and I drank them down with milk and I was fine and had no ill effects from taking the high dose this way. I also got rid of the infection which was horrible as it left me gasping for breath and my inhalers did not relieve and I could not sleep with it, steam inhalation helped a lot also. So now I am healthy again and as a precautionary measure I am taking one allicin max every day to boost my immune system.
