So rashes are a sign of weak liver. Rashes also part of detox. I suggest you continue. Rashes will not be permanent. My suggestion is keep going and use coconut oil on your rashes.

After you finish your fast, eat for three weeks, raw plant based diet, then do a liver flush. Then two weeks later another liver flush. Depending on what comes out from your liver, lot of stones, sludge, parasites, you may have to continue flushing till you are all clean.

Remember there are no overnight healing magic bullets. We put too many toxins in our body.
