So, I really don’t think the throat problem is gastric acid. It started like one week in, and I’m pretty sure it is just junk on my tonsils as they try to detox. I can see the white stuff. That lends me to believe that I’m still detoxing pretty heavily so I don’t really feel like I should just quit. As for the vomit, I’m definitely throwing up bile, and I say better out than in :).
