I dont know its hard to say because aquaphor affects people differently, people claim it helps them and they dont ever respond after they said that and others say it aggravates their lips. But once a day wouldnt hurt since appling aquaphor 2 times a day is sufficient enough (from what I heard). But if I were you I would use a natural moisturizer first b/c it wont "harm" your lips, then I would resort to aquaphor if it isnt working.
