I'll tell you how I use it, you'll need to judge for yourself what you may want to do.

If my Colloidal Silver water turns to a dark tinge of yellow, I use it only topically. When it remains clear after I have stopped the electrolysis to keep it at a ppm that is well under 20 then I brush my teeth with it, rinse & then gargle with about half a teaspoon & swallow. If I overdo it I get gassy at the other end, a little goes a long way is what I'm saying here.

Mix overdone yellow batches with your shampoo, it does wonders on dandruff which itself is a fungus.
