Hello All,

I've just started the cleanse today. I have purchased the cayenne capsules, however I have a garden with a bunch of fresh cayenne peppers. Even before the fast, I had a habit of slowly chew on these peppers for the health benefits.

How many peppers (or parts of peppers)should I use for a 32 oz bottle of lemonade? Also, does anyone use regular cayenne pepper powder?

Any advice would be helpful.
