I prefer the Smooth Move too, but I do the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) with Redmond uniodized Sea Salt .
I have no problem with it. The best tasting according to many members is the Celtic Grey. I may try that this MC. Here is the link to the book. I recommend you follow it to a "T"
