Don't waste your money. Go into a local whole foods or natural food store and you can get all the ingredients.

Grade B maple syrup
smooth move tea (well that's my preference)
salt for your SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) -- please look to other members on the type of salt, as i do the tea morning and night instead
organic lemons
