While I do agree that coconut has many health benifits. I was once hypothyroid and am now I am hyperthyroid from taking coconut oil. I am also suffering from extream itching all over my body . my mood has become very ego filled. I seem to know it all and everyone else seems to be wrong. I know that is not the case . It is one of the ways that show when I have to much thyroid in my body. I have now stopped the coconut oil . Hoping you will take my word for this since it has happened to me personally.
