Hello, I've done some stool testing at Nordic Laboratories and I need help to analyze it. It looks like following:

Expected/Beneficial flora:
4+ Bacteroides fragilis group
NG Bifidobacterium spp.
4+ Escherichia coli
1+ Lactobacillus spp.
4+ Enterococcus spp.
4+ Clostridium spp.

Commensal (Imbalanced) flora:
1+ Alpha hemolytic strep

Dysbiotic flora:
None

Yeast: No yeast isolated
Microscopic Yeast: Moderate (Reference: None - Rare)

Then all my results of like, elastate, butyrate, SCFA's etc. are all within the expected reference range. Except for two markers:

Secretory IgA: 328 mg/dL (Reference: 51-204 mg/dL)
Occult Blood: Pos (Reference: Neg)

So, I would love to get your overall thoughts about the test. I also have some questions. Is it always good to have high amount in Expected/Beneficial flora section? In my case, I don't feel 100% comfortable with 4+ in some strains but NG and +1 in the two, as i nderstand it, most important ones(Bifidi and Lacto). What about the high SigA and the occult blood?

My biggest health issues are Acne and Fatigue. I've been eating low carb/high fat diet for two years now and I've seen improvements but I want more. Thats why I did this test to scan as much as I can of my body.

Thanks for your time.

EDIT: Sorry, it seems like i filled in some wrong topics.
