Hey there my name's Edgar I'm 24 years old and I just got this weird smell that smells like fart and when it gets worse it smells like poop and idk why or where it came from? I'm not used to this and I'm not starting to feel like myself anymore I'm isolating myself it's affecting me big time but from what I've noticed is that I get really paranoid around people or as soon as anyone gets close to me I start to panic and get anxiety and makes it a lot worse what do I do?????
